Intuit - Worst CS phone system
Their phone system sends you through so many loops to get to someone.It took me 10 minutes to get to a live person.
Then once I picked the correct product I found out that the person said they didn't handle that product. On top of that I could not understand them very well. So, I was transferred to the correct product and waited 5 minutes until I finally hung up. I am cancelling my subscription.
I have had to call them 4 times and each time I hate it even before I call because it such a big waste of my time.Nothing is fixed fast with them.
