I bought Intuit's Quicken for Mac 2016 and found it did not meet my needs. Well within the refund time, I tried to request one on line.

On line reply says cannot do on line - need to call. I have called at different times on six days and have not had a wait time less than 29 minutes. This is equal to NO service. The message I get from Intuit is this.

No, we really don't offer a refund. We are prepared to outlast your efforts.

Pretty soon you will give up and the refund period will expire. Ha Ha

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
