Arguments regarding ordering a CD
One of the representatives wanted to know if I wanted it to be framed and hang on the wall. (No one needs the CD anymore)
Now that I received the CD it was in a small white pouch (not a box)
Stella from the Philippines Argued that the Serial number was on the box and I needed it to download this and needed the serial number and license number
Finally after being transferred to ssomeone was able to help me.
