Lost tax refund in 2020 now won't amend there g Guarantee

I did my taxes in 2021 for the tax year 2020. My taxes were accepted from the government IRS. AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. SO WHEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM THEY said they are not liable for the return. Well I called turbo tax and they say they were accepted and they weren't liable for the return. so who is liable. I completed them. They were accepted by the IRS and paid? I never RECEIVED them. Now this year I'm trying to file taxes and I need a 6 digit pin. Witch was sent to turbo tax. And they don't have it. Who can help me

Locked out yet again every two weeks locks me out

I am repeatedly locked out the system every two weeks now. Every since I paid in advance the system says they cant locate my account. I have to call in spend hours on the phone no one knows why this happens. I talk to reps in departments all of them have no clue. I cant send invoices. I have to repeatedly submit my drivers license. Over and over day after day my fully paid account still says no account exists

Holding my money

If I could rate this company as zero, I definitely would. Ive used them for over a year with no issues.

I recently was in the Hospital with pneumonia. I was not checking emails during this time. After returning to work and completing my first job, the money was not deposited into my Quickbooks checking account. When I called to ask why they told me it was because I had owed them $42.94 that had been turned into their collections department because there was a hold on my account.

Theyre only resource of informing me of their actions, was an email. I hadnt been checking my emails because I was in the hospital almost in a coma. I tried to pay with a debit card but they told me it was out of Quickbookss hands and I would have to talk to the collections department. However, the collections department doesnt have a phone number or any way to talk to them directly.

I asked if they could keep the 42 ,94 out of the money that they were holding and deposit my money. They told me they would put a request in but it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a response. Four days later and 15 calls later I have no money and now they are holding $5000 of my money. I am over $500 withdrawn in my personal account due to automatic payments coming out of that account plus a $36 fee for every one that comes out.

I have no money to do my next job with. I cant pay my bills and my company is at risk.

Quickbooks has literally destroyed me financially because of $42!! Stay far away from this company!!

I was just simply trying to ask a few questions about taxes I filed almost a year ago and Im just about to receive as a deposit in the next week. And the lady that helped me acted like I was bothering her on this I dont know what I did to her but if you would listen to the cause, she just isnt someone you should have on the phone.

TurboTax now requires an intuit account

I bought TurboTax like I have been doing for the past 15 or 20 years. This year, a new thing is that you are REQUIRED to establish an intuit account.

Only you can't establish the account because it keeps kicking the same error message. I tried 4 different browsers (including Safari), cleared the cache, enabled cookies, specifically added intuit to the safe list, etc. NONE of that worked.

I tracked down a number for customer service and after 5 frustrating minutes trying to navigate through the AI nonsense that just endlessly tells you to go to the website. I finally got to a rep who told me she had never heard of this and then hung up on me.

I tracked down a CS email for Intuit who replied telling me that the email was no longer active for support and to go to social media to chat with "social support" there.

I don't have any social media accounts, so that's out.

Why can't the product that I paid for simply work like it has in years past?

What is wrong with these people?

Turbo tax is the software I like, so I am trapped.

Apparently, this is a "thing" and others have the same issue but Intuit just turns a cold shoulder. I may have to look at different software next year...or maybe this year if I cannot get this to work.

Reconciling account

I called with a problem in February 1923. The girls seem to be real helpful. She helped me reconcile the rest of my year and I was off around $2000. In February I was off a little bit over 1000. In the long run she really didnt help me. She hurt me. I will have to go pay a CPA to correct this issue that couldve been two months and now is 12. Theyve quit answering my phone calls and sent me to the website. I like into it its good. She just took it too far and now I have to pay.

Can you please send this to senior management Guys are you crazy?? I was in financial services for 30 years as CEO and know they market will pay you to keep Mint. You have a great platform in Mint you can charge for and not force people to migrate to the Credit Karma. I just tried to setup an account on Credit Karma and it will not allow me to link my bank accounts. Guys, I will pay you cash, cash money so I can keep my Mint! Best regards, Joseph D. Smallman
