They are not trained to answer question. Reps looked up answers online. Are you kidding me!! Yes, I did that too but it didn't work which is why I call customer service!
Why in the world would you staff someone who doesn't know a thing about accounting to support an accounting software? Was so fed up I decided to transfer the data to desktop version only to learn you can only download the file via Internet Explorer 10 (not the latest 11 or 9) must be 10. Oh, if you're looking to transfer files to Quickbook Mac get ready to jump over more hoops. Intuit suggest you get your accountant to download the file to window version and then you can download the data window to Mac.
What a piece of *** software. Run away!
