How about this for a possible class action suit?

My server hard drive crashed a few weeks ago.

Since then I have been in contact with Intuit Data Protect. I was unable to restore from their service. They escalated me to "Level 2". Today, I found out that they have no backup data since 2013!

I even had called them from time to time to make sure our backups were working.

Yet they had no problem charging me a monthly fee for this nonexistent service!

So now I have to wonder, how many people are being bilked by Intuit Data Protect?

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $10180.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Location: Rancho Cordova, California

I had same issue today. I've been paying for this service and I even receive an email everyday that says rest assured, breath easy, your data is protected and backup was successful.

A ransomware virus was put on our server yesterday which forced us to replace server and get back-up data from our SMS software and from quickbooks. BIG PROBLEM!!! Quickbooks does not have a back-up! Not even one thats a year old!

YES....Please>>>>ANYONE for a class action law suit? please respond here! I spent no less than 4.5 hours on the phone today and they have nothing to say other than "Sorry, we do not have any back-up files for you".

This is my business file. It is critical to our operations.
