Truth -- god bless them for having customer support in North America, even if those reps are under-trained and suck. It's better than getting tax support from India.

I needed to access my last year's tax return. Their customer service sucks there's nobody to talk to. All I need is my answers to my questions and I sit here waiting waiting waiting. All I want is a real person to talk to. I think I'll call the Better Business Bureau.
