I filed my 2016 return with Turbo Tax I received a refund of 4300.00 when that figure came up I asked several people to check my return and all the information from w-2's were correct so I submitted the return in May of this year I was notified from the IRS that my income was incorrect for some reason Turbo Tax dropped 18,000 from my income I had no problem paying the money back but didn't feel the interest was my responsibility I have tried to contact Turbo Tax and was told someone would get back to me in an hour That has been over a month and half ago and still haven't heard from them very disgusted

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $215.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
