I am seriously tired of Intuit forcing us to upgrade every other year by blocking services. They should have to support software for at least 5 years.

It started with Quickbooks email, unless you paid for one of the extra services they blocked you from using their email. Now they have blocked the bank feed. You can’t even manually import the information. Totally bad customer service.

This is blackmail. We need to initiate a class action lawsuit. They need to let you manually import your banking information manually.

This is accounting software. Their support is in the Philippines and its almost impossible to understand what they are saying.

Product or Service Mentioned: Intuit Quickbooks Management Software.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Used to be customer friendly.

I didn't like: Being forced to upgrade.
