I had Quick Books 2011 nonprofit for 1 year & wanted to keep it. I purchased QB 2013 & had difficulty installing.

Finally got it installed. Then I purchased enhanced payroll to add to 2013. I could not install. After 2 1/2 hours of help we finally got it installed, but I could no longer access my 2011 program.

2 more hours to get it back up. Then I discovered my payroll subscription was mixed up with another customer's payroll. I was on the phone 3 different times for a total of 3 more hours & it is still not corrected.

Poorest service I ever received. No one there knows how to correct THEIR mistake!

Monetary Loss: $530.
