Intuit's Turbotax is horrible

They specifically confirmed that i would be permitted to delete my data after filing my return. It has now been a week and I've spent countless hours requesting that my data be deleted. They are now telling me they cannot delete my data until the end of the year. This company should be prosecuted for fraud.

i AM A INTUIT CLIENT I USE TURBO TAX MY PAY CHECKS ARE HANDLED BY INTUIT BY MY EMPLOYER I ALSO HAVE HAD A CREDIT KARMA ACCOUNT FOR YEARS I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT CARD AND WAS TOLD THAT IF I GOT APPROVED THEN I WOULD RECEIVE A 50 CREDIT KARMA GUARANTEE, WELL I WAS APPROVED FOR MISSION LANE AND HAVE RECEIVED THE CARD AND HAVE USED THE CARD AND WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CHAT WITH CREDIT KARMA CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON NAME ERIC HE WAS RUDE AND DISCONTINUED THE CHAT THEN I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY APPLICATION WAS INCOMPLETE I HAVE THE CARD I HAVE ACCOUNT WITH MISSION LANE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT BY CREDIT KARMA (INTUIT CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT EVEN LISTEN I REPEAT I NOT ONLY WAS APPROVED FOR MISSION LANE CARD I HAVE IT AND HAVE USED IT. What happen to my last year taxes

Filed my taxes from 2022 never received a refund,never knew the out come of what happened,they told me to contact the IRS I did ,and back to turbo with no information on what happen to the refund,called turbo no help bad business,how,or who can help me with this problem

I have worked hours just to try to find passwords and Turbo tax help. Everyone seems totally incompetent

Can't log in, can't transfer TurboTax files from previous year, can't reach anyone to help. A terrible experience from someone who used TurboTax happily for 15 years. No more! Intuit has ruined a good program.

I filed my own taxes successfully last year with intuit. However this is new to me that the free government health insurance subsidy. Comes with a tax twist. That you have to wait on your 1095 a tax form or forms in the mail. Why? Would TurboTax intuit not know as a professional that I needed this before filing. And then when I try to just plug the numbers after getting them. Intuit wont let me access my own information. Instead takes me in circles to refile & I still cant. A Direct Scam Company!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

TurboTax lockout

Purchased Turbo Tax which I have been using for more than twenty years to file my taxes. This same lockout happened last year. I have not changed my address, my phone number, or social security number. In spite of the preceding Turbo Tax has no record of my use of their software. I am locked out of the system. I spent $90.00 for this program, but it won't let me login. I have spent hours trying various fixes with no success. I am often disconnected apparently because I am too patient.

Cannot access my account

I was finally connected to a tax expert named Sim (Patel??) He as Superb! He helped me all the way thru filing my taxes!!! He is explained issues as an excellent professor would! I have previously submitted the Survey! Hopefully, next year, if needed, we will meet again!

Brutal, inefficient, frustrating customer service. Multiple issues. Many hours trying to resolve to avail. Communications come from No Reply emails. Have to continually reach out and retell the problem. It never gets solved. They only direct you to more hoops to jump through instead of solving the problem. Have spent days and hours trying to follow up. It is ridiculous!!!

Technical error when trying to move Mint to Credit Karma

I cannot move to credit karma. Everytime I click the button to move, it redirects to a VERY unprofessional "white screen of death" page, with the output of "Code:UserAuthenticationFailed,Type:SYSTEM" Can you help me get my account migrated safely? I am concerned because the message to move is now urgent with a certain number of days deadline.
